Perhaps best known as the creator of the term Sober Curious, I wrote the 2018 book and host of the million-download podcast of the same title—work that has spearheaded a global movement to reevaluate our relationship to alcohol. My other books include Material Girl, Mystical World (2017), The Numinous Astro Deck  (2019), and The Sober Curious Reset (2020). With 25 years’ experience as a lifestyle journalist and editor, I am fascinated by how our individual life choices both influence and are shaped by emerging cultural movements—a perspective that I bring to my work as a manuscript coach and publishing consultant. My new book, Women Without Kids, is out now.
