The maximum was three cigarettes a day. The dispensary collected 11,000 pounds of donations this holiday season.

One California business celebrates a successful holiday food drive. The Granny Purps medical marijuana dispensary near Santa Cruz gave patients a free marijuana cigarette for every four cans of food donated. The dispensary collected 11,000 pounds of donations this holiday and passed out 2,000 free joins in return. An incentive helps, says the dispensary owner.
