For every record you’ll enter the full name, email, phone number, and complete mailing address so the database stays clean, consistent, and ready for campaigns. Because I haven’t defined any tags yet, I’ll rely on you to create sensible categories as you go—think of groupings that make outreach and segmentation easy to manage later. All information will live in the platform’s standard fields; no custom fields are required at this stage.
