Hangout launched in November 2024 with a catalog of over 100 million tracks, licensed from Sony Music Entertainment, Universal Music Group, Warner Music Group, and Merlin.
Universal Music Poland also entered a strategic deal with Kayax's separate management business, Kayax Management, which is not part of the acquisition.
