we are

WE LEAD is an independent nonprofit organization, founded by Libra Philanthropies in 2023, to create a pathway for women* to reach leadership positions in the technology and innovation sectors. It provides participants with essential human and tech skills, mentorship, career opportunities, and access to strong professional networks, aiming to create equal opportunities for women to shape the future of everything. At the same time, WE LEAD supports companies and teams through dedicated workshops that fosters a culture of allyship and inclusion. In 2025, WE LEAD was honored with the Gold Award in the Civil Society category at the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Awards, in recognition of its work empowering women to (re)start in tech and lead.
