Lead the way to healthcare in Israel

The International Medical Aliyah Program (IMAP) provides guidance and support to physicians navigating the process of transferring their medical license to Israel. Our staff is available at every juncture, outlining the Israeli medical licensing process and offering valuable insights, practical resources, and assistance every step of the way. While the process can be demanding, IMAP is here to facilitate, from first questions to final approval.

Services We Offer

Licensing Guidance

The IMAP team is available to assist physicians from around the world through the process of understanding and preparing documents until the completion of the license-transfer procedure, and beyond.

Employment Support

IMAP helps potential physician Olim network and explore job options. We facilitate communication with Israeli health funds (Kupot Cholim) and renowned local hospitals, and ensure recipients receive our guidance on their medical career and Aliyah-related inquiries.

Professional Connections

The greater IMAP team ensures that each Oleh physician can be connected with the relevant representatives from the Israeli Ministry of Health and the Israeli Medical Association (IMA), should the need arise.

Assistance in Israel

Arriving in Israel is just the start! Nefesh B’Nefesh and its partners are committed to ensuring the success of each Oleh. Our program supports Olim physicians even after they’ve landed.
