✦ I work on a 5$ prepayment basis to test the functionality of accepting payments from customers (irrevocable) and the rest of payment after the confirmed sketch via Boosty or Hipolink.

✦ I charge extra for complex designs/outfits/bodies/wings/complex suits/difficult markings etc.

✦ I work without a deadline, but I usually finish within 1 month after the sketch. If something unplanned happens, I will contact you.

✦ I will not continue working after the sketch until I receive full payment.

✦ All commission works are digital products. As a result, you will receive your final high-resolution photo as a document.

✦ I reserve the right not to accept your request for a commission work for personal reasons.

✦ I have the full right to post the finished photos on my pages, unless we have agreed that it will be confidential.

✦ You can post the finished image on any of your pages, crop it for your avatar, or share it anywhere. If you wish, you can tag me and add a link to any of my galleries. The copyright of the finished image will remain with me. This means that you can only use the art for non-commercial purposes, such as uploading it to social media, using it as an icon, printing it for personal use, or giving it to friends. I will have the right to upload the finished photos to my galleries and use them for my portfolio.

✦ Discussion of drawing details takes place in telegram https://t.me/three07b5 (there is a message icon at the bottom left) > furaffinity.

✦ As an artist I remain right for some artistic freedom in term of general style and slightly adjusting colors for better fit. Important details are going to be unchaged such as design, patterns, body type.

✦ Ask for specific details beforehand! For example you plan to print poster or dakimakura, in that case I'll need canvas sizes and formats.

✦ I always send a sketch for approvement before finishing it. All changes are made at the sketch stage.Further, it will be possible to change the size of the head, the movement of the hand, the movement of the character/objects in space, etc. only for an additional fee.

✦ I work with payment after the confirmed sketch via Boosty or Hipolink. (The payment method may change soon)

✦ If anything is missing or forgotten during the final stages of production (patterns, markings, accessories), there is no additional charge as long as it was originally indicated in the reference image or does not deviate from the original idea. Any other corrections will be charged separately.

✦ If sketch got rejected by you I keep right for modifying it and reusing it with different character.

✦ Once the work is completed, you will receive a high-resolution version of the image. Please download the image to your gallery so it doesn't get lost. I can delete the illustration from my device.
