Terms of Service
Hey, guys! Here are my adopt commission Terms of Service.
Please read it carefully and make sure you agree to all these terms and conditions. Feel free to ask me a question if in doubt.
These rules apply to commissions only. You can find the rules for ready-made adopts that I sell via auctions directly below each of them on my gallery.
THINGS I DO:
✔ SFW, NSFW reference sheets
✔ Characters of any sex and gender
✔ Variety of species
✔ I use officially purchased (or created especially for me) bases from the following artists:

✔ I can modify their bases as you wish for some additional payment. The possibility of each change must be discussed individually.
THINGS I CAN’T DO:
✘ I don’t draw any unique bases by myself!
✘ I can't make any drastic changes to the original design of the base.
RIGHTS:
✧ After payment, the adopt is yours. You can use it as you wish, including reselling it. But in case of resale, you must tell me the name of the new owner.
✧ It is strictly forbidden to remove my watermark from the reference sheet.
✧ I reserve the right to publish the final result on my own page.
PAYMENTS:
✧ FULL PREPAYMENT is preferable! Payment is via PAYPAL INVOICE or BOOSTY. Adopt will NOT be started until prepayment is received.
✧ There may be exceptions. Sometimes I take first 50% as prepayment and second 50% after the linework is agreed. Payment plan is discussable.
✧ Refunds are possible only if I cancel the commission for my own reasons or if the client cancels the commission before I started working. After I’ve started working (made the linework), neither full nor partial refunds are allowed.
PIPELINE:
✧ Ask me for a commission via FurAffinity personal messages.
✧ I'll need a detailed description of the character you want to get. Gender, species, physique, features of appearance, colors, etc. If in doubt, feel free to write to me and we’ll figure everything out together!
✧ I use bases made by other artists. Together we will choose a base that matches your character's description and modify it the way you wish.
✧ Complex changes to the original bases will increase the total price of the commission.
✧ I don't make free corrections of the outlines after the linework is finished and agreed! If during the coloring process you want to change something in the linework, it will increase the price.
✧ I’ll send you WIPs of your commission to assure I’m doing it right. Preferred communication method for quick WIP sending is Discord.
✧ Usually I don’t accept deadlines of any kind. But if you are in a hurry for a specific date, please let me know beforehand.
✧ I'll send the finished illustration to you via Dropbox. Please be sure to download the files in a month. After that time the files will be removed from public access.

Reference sheetI can create a custom reference sheet for your character!
The price depends on the complexity of the work, the pattern, the number of details (full height image, back, portraits, paws, etc.) and the chosen base.
If I don't have a base that you'd like to use for your character creation, part of its price will be included in the final price.
Attention! I don't draw any bases myself! I can modify them, but I can't create a unique base for you. |
