Right now, these states are not clearly communicated, and users are not always sure what the system is doing. The main focus is on improving state transitions and making system behavior easier to understand during normal use. I’d like you to review the current flows, identify where confusion happens, and suggest clear improvements to how states, transitions, and feedback are presented. This is a focused task, not a full redesign. If your approach aligns well, there may be follow up work.

The work starts with clear wireframes and user flows to validate structure, then moves into full-fidelity UI screens followed by an interactive prototype that stakeholders can click through.
