Brilliant welcome from Stephanie - at once making us feel both welcome and relaxed. No question was too silly; we were given time to talk through what we wanted and were left with a feeling that helping us achieve the right property was important to Stephanie. She helped us to understand the area and pricing, gave us a range of options and really listened to understand what was important to us.
