Our Process
Phase 1
Phase 1 is a 90-day sprint that establishes clarity, truth, and operating discipline. Amplifyer provides senior GTM leadership to diagnose the system, set priorities, and align marketing, sales and operations around one executable plan. The focus is decision quality, honest pipeline, and a cadence the team can sustain.
Phase 2
Phase 2 embeds Amplifyer as a Fractional CRO or GM with accountability for pipeline, revenue, and operational execution. This phase focuses on enforcing standards, strengthening leadership across sales and marketing, tightening operations, and ensuring decisions compound instead of resetting. Amplifyer owns the GTM system end to end so momentum holds and growth becomes predictable.
Phase 3
Phase 3 transitions ownership of the GTM system fully in-house while preserving the discipline and standards established in Phases 1 and 2. The goal is durable scale without ongoing dependency. Amplifyer’s role shifts from embedded leadership to system transfer and executive oversight, ensuring the operating model survives real pressure and team change.
