credentials are provisioned manually. right now User:Zack & User:M & others (as listed on hhttps://10.213.0.1/ui/auth/user) have creds on it and delegate access.
to gain access, just ask! ^^
to provision a new account, go to https://10.213.0.1/ui/auth/user and press the plus symbol on the bottom right.
group membership: admin probably
privileges: all privileges unless there's specific things in mind to be done, but we try to trust people who want to help us :-)
