Documenter hat

Writing down information that's useful to be written down (or maybe isn't useful!)

• Documenting information on the wiki
• Documenting TODOs on the bugtracker
• Taking meeting notes
• moving chat things into relevant spaces
• asking other people to document things that they know in places?

Ideally, this is just a hat everyone wears. these things get easier the more people that do them.
