#No More Double Password Error Messages

What we fixed: If your community has a custom password policy set up, users were sometimes getting hit with two error messages at once - yours AND ours. That's confusing and a little annoying, so we fixed it. Now they'll only see your custom message.

See it in action:

1. Go to your Account Settings page
2. Try changing your password to something that doesn't meet the requirements
3. You'll see just the custom error message your admins set up (not a wall of text)

#More reliable file uploads

What we fixed: Ever try uploading a bunch of files at once and notice some just... didn't make it? Yeah, that was a bug. We've sorted it out so your files actually upload like they're supposed to.

See it in action:

1. Head to any form with a file attachment field
2. Select multiple files to upload at once
3. Watch them all upload successfully (no more mystery failures!)

• Filtering on multiple Activity Status filters will no longer consider the "viewed" status included in future statuses like completed, blocked, etc.

• Input swapping (particularly microphone input) will now work reliably when capturing video recordings.

• "Project Key" item was added to the feedback filter and view lists as well as to dynamic tag interfaces. This can now be used to properly template user and feedback integrations.

• An issue was corrected where access to files and images would be broken due to layered session identities when using Assume

• Reports created by a user that has been merged into a different user will no longer require an edit to then begin refreshing properly.

• Adjusting access to matrix or stack rank form elements via the overview quick icons will now include each row properly.

This month we're rolling out a round of screen reader enhancements across key tester-facing areas of Centercode, including Menu Navigation, the Feedback List, Feedback View, Form Engine, Login, and Activities. These updates are entirely seamless, there’s nothing you need to configure! The platform simply works better for users who rely on screen readers. We’ve introduced improved tab order, landmark skipping, and more intuitive focus states, all of which provide meaningful audio context for page functions and actions. That means users with visual impairments can now navigate and engage with our platform more efficiently and with significantly less friction!

These enhancements not only improve accessibility for current users, they also support a wider range of test types, including Accessibility-focused testing programs. That means you can confidently include users with visual impairments in your projects, expanding your reach while maintaining a seamless experience. This is part of our ongoing investment in accessibility, and future developments will be built with these enhancements as a foundation. We’re actively welcoming feedback from screen reader users to help shape what comes next!

In keeping with the spirit of the season, we've got a fun treat for you this month! Centercode Labs is our playground for building small, interactive tools and toys designed to make product development a little easier (and sometimes a little more fun). Now you can check out the latest drops whenever you’re in the platform!

• A rollback (with a correction to come next week) for ordering issue mismatches between project/program lists on the community homepage, admin program list, and user preferences list. We will get this one "sorted" out!

• Dynamic tag storage corrections made when added to feedback webhook macros.
