Our Unlimited Plans are designed for consumer customer use only and are not intended for commercial use. Should your usage exceed 700GB a month, we reserve the right to apply traffic management policies to deprioritise your mobile data or to move you to a non-consumer business plan. Unlimited Plans are designed for use solely in a personal mobile phone. If we detect that the Unlimited Plan has been inserted into a router, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Service. Please note, prices increase annually in July, in line with the Q1 RPI figure published by the Isle of Man Government.
The widest 4G+ coverage
On top of our standard network coverage, our 4G+ network covers 75% of the island, compared with 4% for Manx Telecom, so if you’re looking for faster mobile speeds the choice is obvious. Independent studies showed that the quality of voice calls is better with Sure too.*

The prices shown are per-minute, unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of VAT. Out of bundle calls are subject to a 20p connection charge.

Calls to premium rate service numbers (including but not limited to 08 excluding 080, 118 and 09) are made up of an access charge and a service charge. Sure can only provide you with information on the cost of the access charge. To check the price of the service charge, please contact the provider of that number. The charge on your bill is the total of access and service charges and can range from a few pence to several pounds.

Moving to a better deal with a Sure Mobile plan couldn't be easier. We'll do everything, you can keep your number and there won't be any break in your service. If you want a Pay Monthly plan, just choose your phone and plan online and then come in to sign your contract. If you'd prefer Pay As You Go, either pop in to one of our shops and pick up a new SIM or order online.
