Why this site exists
I'm Aydin, and I've been riding VanMoof since the Electrified S2. Over the years I picked up every quirk, every firmware hiccup, every service riddle — and eventually it felt wasteful to keep it all in a notebook. VanMoofer is that notebook, made public.
When VanMoof B.V. went bankrupt in 2023, a lot of riders were left confused, warrantyless, and worried about whether their bikes would even turn on the next morning. The community kept the lights on. I started writing guides, filming videos, and building an app because I wanted one place where a rider could land and just get an honest answer.
VanMoofer isn't affiliated with VanMoof, Cowboy, Apple, or Strava. It exists because the community deserves a site it can trust.
