Yo Newgrounds! It's been a minute, but I'm back with some new updates for ya!
First off, if you haven't been following my YT or other social media, I've just released an MF DOOM x Sonic the Hedgehog remix project called "MF SONIC - Operation: Doomsday Zone", a projects that remixes several classic MF DOOM tracks with the YM2616 soundchip from the Sega Genesis. I've also released a limited edition "Sonic Blue" vinyl with special bonus tracks from some of my other NG projects. If you wanna hear a fresh take on the Madvillain, buy the vinyl on Bandcamp, Or check out the first track here on Newgrounds:
Secondly, I'm doing an "ask me anything" video soon, and I wanna know what burning questions you have for me! Whether it be about my music process, the work I've done with other Newgrounds artists (Joel G, JP Supper, etc.), or anything else, just leave a comment, and I'll include it in my video.

What's good, y'all? For some of you who might not know (or haven't hung around Newgrounds ), me and DJ Chidow scored a voice dub of Jared Plink's webcomic, DJ Gray, earlier this year (and you can peep that here). The OST is full of new jack, chiptune, house, R&B, and more, and we're gearing up for a full release. But as a teaser, we're putting out a limited 7-inch vinyl record up for pre-order! There's only 15 copies pressed, so if you want one, pre-order the single on Bandcamp right now! And for those in the USA worried about tariff fees, it doesn't apply to music media, but I'm keeping an eye out in case that changes.

What's good, Newgrounds? I haven't posted a whole lot here lately, but I hope y'all been well. I usually dislike making these types of posts, but I've hit a crossroads at this point. First off, I wanna thank y'all for all the support that's came my way since my Granddad's passing in 2024. It's been rough trying to be creative since, but all the condolences and kind words were much appreciated.
Currently, I've been going through a shift in life, and I've been trying to work on more music and other projects. However, I've fallen so behind and can't focus on my business/passion due to my day jobs, in spite of my best efforts, and I'm not happy with where I'm at now. So if you want to get exclusive access to projects I'm working on before anyone else, and help me make progress on not having to rely on a day job anymore, I have a Patreon where I post exclusives every month, plus early access to tracks and demos before the public can hear them. There's both a free option and a $5 tier to get new tracks and remixes. If you can't/don't want to commit to a monthly subscription, I also have a Ko-Fi as a tip-jar, and if you need music for your own personal projects, I also do commissions via Ko-Fi as well. And of course, there's Bandcamp and other sites to get my music directly.
But there's no pressure to do any of that. Just spreading word about my music to your friends/families helps a whole lot, costs nada, and gets me one step closer to being fully independent from slaving in food service for the rest of my life. :v
it hasn't been all bad though. A Sonic R/Craig David mashup I did got the attention of TJ Davis (singer on the Sonic R OST), and we've been talking, so there might be something coming from that in time...

What's good, Newgrounds? As the post suggests, I've turned 30 today. I've considered retiring, since nobody wants to see an up-and-coming rapper past 30, but I've done too much to stop lol. So today, I've made my music free to download until midnight, AST! Grab em while you can!
In celebratory news, Jared Plink's dub of his webcomic DJ Gray has passed the 1k view mark! All of the voice actors did a splendid job, and this is probably some of the best musical work DJ Chidow and I have done so far. Keep sharing the video around, and tell everyone to watch it; we got a soundtrack coming soon!

Happy new year, NG fam! I hope you had a fun and safe time celebrating the end of 2024! I'm looking forward to a clean slate after 2024 went sideways for me in a bunch of different ways, but I'm grateful for all the support I've gotten inside and outside of Newgrounds, and I'm planning to bring you all my best in 2025.

As you might already know, at the request of JP Supper, DJ Chidow and I created a soundtrack for his webcomic, "DJ Gray". "Big Hat" was one of the character themes we had crazy fun with, combining atmospheric R&B/pop with new jack funk. And now it's here for you to vibe to!
