Looking at the page, the only software which is labeled as open source, is Archicad.

Looking at their website and on wikipedia, it seems to be proprietary though.

I cannot see any other software on the page, which isn’t proprietary.

As for FLOSS CAD, I use FreeCAD quite a lot. It has a BIM workbench, which I have used a bit and which seems very capable.

It can do all the things you are requesting.

FreeCAD can be a bit frustrating to work with, but it is an amazing piece of software, which has improved tremendously in the couple of years I have used it.

I love that cats always gravitate towards warm places. And it’s a nice trick to have them close, by placing a laptop on ones desk :)

There is some merit in thinking of it as a transmission only device.

That is, it cannot store any data, but deconstructs on one end and has to transmit and reconstruct on the other end immediately, because the amount of data is infinitely high.

I second the oysters! Don’t get discouraged if they don’t turn out great (or not at all) - I’ve had a few grows fail on me. But mostly they are great and easy to grow :)
