  • For centuries before, living in a single house with children of all ages and grandparents was a norm. American boomers is an outlier, not a norm.

Apartments don’t have to be small. It’s more efficient to stack apartments vertically if you want to build a city. And in the recent years people want to move to the cities cause of socio-economic changes.

Want to live in the house? Move to the village. Want a house in the city? Pay a premium.

  • Do you really need to ask this question with LLMs around? We had big data for several decades and when it emerged, nobody gave a fuck about privacy cause of “who would even want to look at me specifically?”.

Now we get to the point where everyone can be analysed via AI. All the types of questions could be answered almost automatically:

    • What do I need to say to this group of people to be elected?
    • List all vulnerabilities of person X.
    • List all the people that look like they have money and not enough connections to protect themselves.

    Etc etc.

Gifting your data to tech fash corpos is a form of suicide.

Wealth is an abstract. What is a corporation price? You do one media statement and the price plummets. The “means of production” surely cost some, but if it crumbles and you just sell whatever you can, it would be a tiny fracture of what “the company” was “worth” before.

The most wealthiest people don’t just sit on cash, they run businesses. One of the reasons why you can’t just eat the rich (even if you have the power), it’s just not effective. You’ll get scraps by killing the whole industries.

What you can do is tax the “rich” with progressive taxes, where the “rich” is an upper working class, and maybe lower middle class. Its never about the wealthiest.

Left/Right politics is a clown fiesta. We need some fresh ideas, cause these surely don’t work.

  • Absolutely not surprised. That’s why any talks about European security architecture that doesn’t involve Ukraine as a key ally are laughable and based on delusion that if Ukraine is capable to stop russia, then everyone else in NATO would be even more effective.

Like sure, you still have aviation that is better than what your potential opponent has. But if that’s your only ace, it might prove ineffective. Rockets cost a lot, what it you send all of them and don’t achieve your goal? Russia sure sent fucktons towards Ukraine, and it still stands.

  • The decision of the International Olympic Committee to disqualify Vlad Geraskevych can be studied at universities. In philosophy departments, as an example of refined, boundless cynicism and hypocrisy.

Let’s sort out this bouquet. Vlad is disqualified because his helmet shows dead Ukrainian athletes. There is no inscription there that they were killed by Russia. The IOC sees “politics” not even in what is shown, but in what is not mentioned directly - but they know, first of all, themselves. They know that those athletes were killed by their Russian friends and patrons, they are embarrassed - so Vlad must go.

We are in a situation where the victim of a crime is told - if you scream, we will be forced to take you outside the boundaries of our decent society. Even if you don’t call for help, even if you don’t swear, even if you don’t call the perpetrator by name - the very fact of screaming, or tears, or grief will be regarded by us as not comme il faut, as an attempt to spoil the holiday - because we know who is really torturing you. And you will go away.

And this is not some trick of a psychopath, this is the official position of a large international organization, expressed from the highest tribunes in the world.

By the lowest people in the world.
