I did go for a bunch of spider web theme towels recently. The live-laugh-love home decor shops are really all-out for Halloween these days, but nothing stops you from using them year-round.

I suppose once thry run out of other holidays, they’ll sell themed towels and plates for Admibistrative Professional’s Day.

My partner and I are in the process of cleaning a bunch of bones we’ve been collecting but putting off taking care of. We like to make jewelry out of them and I’m really looking forward to a spine I found in particular.

Also I was gifted a gorgeous black dress and a really cool fake flower for my vw beetles flower jar.

i’ve been listening to this version of all cats are grey lately

I bought some halloween slop including a black cat lamp that will go into the bedroom year round.

It’s also finally starting to cool down around here. In another month I should be able to wear layered outfits again, which is very exciting.

There’s been some recent-ish goth-adjacent stuff I’ve been into lately:

Blush Response - Industrial with some gothic/darkwave vibes.

Encephalon - Also industrial, but more of that trance-driven futurepop stuff, think VNV Nation.

Astrophysics - The band I got my pfp from. They go all over the place, from industrial to breakcore to Hatsune Miku covers of 80’s pop songs, but they do a lot in the goth/post-punk vein, often hybridizing it with other genres.
