“Got on the scales this morning and Since starting the plan I’ve gone from 11st to 10.3 I’m so happy!
Not only have I lost weight my waist has shrunk and I’m so toned... at 53 lol.
It does take me longer to lose weight, my age, menopausal etc You have just kept me going each month and my food choices are so different now. Still like a treat on a Saturday night though.
