I am nowhere near finished creating my tour and it's showing 20 views. I hope those are just MY log-ins! If not, how do I hide an unfinished tour from the public?1 comments Organizations often need to transfer the login credentials from one individual to the next. As long as the person who created a Clio account has access to the email address they used, they can log in (or use the password reset feature) and then change the name, email address, and password to support the person who will be managing their Clio entries and trails. If no one has access to that email address, please email us at [email protected], and a volunteer here can help update it manually. Please use an official email address for the organization, or provide another way to verify your identity.0 comments By default, Clio entries display a map on the left and a Street View image on the right. Both are provided by Google, and Clio "grabs" the Street View image nearest to the map pin. If that's not an ideal Street View image, you can move the pin around and likely change the Street View image. If there is no Streetview image in Google's database, it will be blank, but don't worry, you can disable Google Streetview by clicking on the tab below the window that shows Google Streetview images when you are editing an entry.0 comments When creating or editing a Clio entry, you can enter an address, GPS coordinates, or simply select a location on the map. When entering an address, Google Maps places a pin, but that might not be the perfect location. You can always fine-tune the entry's location. While editing the entry, you can adjust the location by clicking on the map and moving the red pin to the desired location. 0 comments You can always edit a tour you created to include new entries and also change the order of entries or even change the navigation option (lines between entries). Simply find your tour, click the edit this tour button, and then drag and drop the entries that are in the tour to change the order. You can also create and add new entries, add existing entries to the tour, and even add audio clips between entries. If the lines between entries would be better as street directions or straight lines, you can also change that or remove the lines altogether.1 comments Clio is sustained by donations, including funds from speaking engagements and consulting. Our founder, Dr. David Trowbridge, uses all funds from his talks and consulting work to sustain Clio so it stays free for everyone to use. For those looking for something beyond the guides and videos, Trowbridge offers paid consultation, offering help with topics from applying for grants to using Clio and other digital tools, along with creating and editing videos and podcasts. One-on-one consulting appointments are available for $30 for a half-hour or $50 for a full hour.30 Minutes: https://calendly.com/trowbridge/clio-consultation60 Minutes: https://calendly.com/trowbridge/clio-consultation-clone0 comments
