Southwest Speech and Debate Institute is a not-for-profit camp held on the campus of Arizona State University each summer. SWSDI at ASU brings together some of the best coaches and former competitors from Arizona and states across the country. Our mission is to create not just great competitors, but excellent leaders, and to make that opportunity available for everybody.
What sets us apart is our commitment to leadership, and building the speech and debate community. We want everyone to have an opportunity to get the camp experience they hope for. We are not only able to hire top notch instructors, but we also work to ensure that each student has individual coaching time with staff.
