Puneri Paltan edged Bengaluru Bulls in a tie-breaker for the second time this season, clinching a 29-29 decider at the SDAT Multi-Purpose Indoor Stadium in Chennai on Thursday. Playing without skipper Aslam Inamdar, the Paltan delivered an all-round performance to complete the double over the Bulls and rise to the top of the points table.
For Bengaluru, it was another setback, slipping to seventh after suffering consecutive tie-break defeats.

U Mumba jumped to fourth on the Pro Kabaddi League 12 points table after securing a massive 40-25 win over the Gujarat Giants. Sandeep Kumar once again led the charge for U Mumba with 16 points, while Rinku and Sunil Kumar bagged High Fives each.
The victory is U Mumba’s second in a row since the start of the Chennai leg, while Gujarat Giants has sunk back to the bottom of the table after this defeat.
