SkyBee A01 [constellr]
SkyBee A01 and A02 are advanced thermal infrared imaging satellites to precisely monitor global land surface temperatures. They are developed by emerging Copernicus contributor constellr as part of their High-precision Versatile Ecosphere (HiVE) satellite constellation, a network of thermal monitoring satellites.
The first satellite of the HiVE constellation, SkyBee-1, is equipped with two payloads:
It is expected to deliver thermal data with a spatial resolution of 30 meters, with temperatures accurate to 1-2 Kelvin.
