moved the entire page over to php from just html (works really well bc php will just return the same raw html owo). had to slightly adjust (and improve) the infernal-engine to name the files more appropriately. using php will allow me to have the counters work w/o js (v epic).

also rewrite some text and redid the nginx conf so that everything is on a clean url now (yaay). also removed 1/4 of the silly buttons bc they are quite a lot. will see how i can integrate php into the engine maybe, but i should really not use that stack for the blog fr. (tip: force reloading (ctrl + shift + r) might help with cached pages x3)

the extra "cool" thing ig is that ive avoided ".html" n shit from the beginning, therefore this should have absolutely 0 impact. renaming the api to also not have ".php" is something i should have done much earlier lol, but you get a 302 now :>yay (literally the perfect way to migrate fr fr)
