Purchased professional debt collection software from the USA, automating operations and improving efficiency.

1995

Joining Global Networks

Became a member of the American Collections Association (ACA), strengthening international connections.

1997

Building Talent and Infrastructure

Total staff exceeds 200.

1998

Telecom Services and Milestone Growth

Began providing telecommunications billing services. Achieved monthly recoveries exceeding USD 3M for the first time.

1999

Innovation in Technology

Developed and launched the self-developed debt collection system "CASH".

2000

Expanding Services and Performance

As part of the company timeline NPL services, monthly recoveries surpassed 50 million, and we offered banks debt collection training and support services to ensure compliant and effective debt management.

2001

Rapid Growth and Expansion

Workforce grew to 500 employees.
Monthly recoveries exceeded USD 50M.

2002

Advancing with Technology and Leadership

Launched Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) automatic dialing. Began handling corporate and personal NPL cases.

2003

Partnering with Asset Management Companies

Entered the NPL acquisition market. Partnered with global AMC's. Purchases first NPL porfolio.

2004

Achieving Quality Certification

Implemented ISO 9001:2008 and obtained the certificate of conformity.

2006

Strengthening Legal Operations

Expanded the legal enforcement department to 40 people and introduced a digital tracking system to ensure efficiency.

2016

Enhancing Information Security

Implemented ISO 27001:2013 and obtained certification for information security management.

2019

Cumulative cases handled exceeded 10 million. Cumulative recoveries surpassed USD 7B.

Introduced Case Interruption Statute of Limitations and File Creation & Management services.
