Licensed Professional Counselor
Amber Cress is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is certified in several therapeutic approaches, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, narrative therapy, and psychedelic-informed therapy. Amber has a background in crisis support for human trafficking victims and served in the U.S. Coast Guard, which deepened her understanding of trauma and resilience. She’s passionate about helping clients reconnect with their true selves and reshape their personal stories for lasting change. Amber also integrates psychedelic therapy into her work, blending both traditional wisdom and modern research. Outside of therapy, she enjoys fitness, traveling, and mindfulness, all of which she brings into her holistic approach to support clients in their healing journey.
Modern Growth Medicine
“Healing is not about becoming someone new. It is about remembering who you are beneath what you carried to survive.” Whatever comes up during our sessions, there is light at the end of the tunnel. The most important element is trust and connection, which is why I offer a brief no‑charge consultation so we can discover whether we’re a good fit. My work blends modern therapeutic methods (psychodynamic therapy, trauma‑informed somatic work, hypnotherapy) with global and Indigenous‑informed modalities. We move at a pace your nervous system can trust. I’m interested in helping you un‑cover what you’re ready to know, restore balance in relationships (with yourself, others, and the living world), and build the capacity to meet life with clarity and heart. Healing is inherently relational—between self and body, self and others, self and community, and self and the living world. Therapy helps restore those relationships. However, like all approaches, they have their strengths and their limitations. For instance, as a counsellor that respects the Indigenous knowledge of this planet, one is a supporter in a shared experience of learning and growing, with assessments usually being completed by the person being helped. I use questions, storytelling, humour, modelling, and proven methods to raise your awareness of your wholeness and interrelationships within life. I use the healing power of hypnotherapy for connecting within ourselves: spiritual, mental, physical and mental. I use a two-eyed approach of both modern and ancestral knowledge when working. This further means that therapeutic ideas that limit both me and my clients by placing me as the final expert on my client’s lives, are not the final arbitrator of how I run my practice. What this looks like in my practice is that both you and I are in an alliance of curiosity to find the way forward.

The Mind Shift Network
Psychedelic Facilitator and Executive Coach
By early 2023, after navigating a series of personal and professional storms, I hit a wall. Success on the outside no longer compensated for the ache I felt within. I needed something more than another framework or life hack. I needed something real. That's when I turned toward psilocybin. My first guided journey cracked something open. In a single, humbling encounter, I saw parts of myself I’d long buried—grief, fear, longing—and for the first time, I didn’t run. I softened. I stayed. And in that space, something shifted. Compassion replaced criticism. Clarity emerged where confusion once lived. A new path began. But the real work started after the ceremony—through integration, reflection, and choosing, again and again, to align with what I had seen. That journey changed everything. It deepened my capacity as a person and an executive coach. It redefined how I lead. And it sparked a calling I couldn’t ignore. Today, the Mind-Shift Network is where those two paths meet: The analytical meets the intuitive. The strategic meets the sacred. The startup playbook meets the soul. Whether I’m guiding a founder through business growth or holding space for someone in ceremony, the work is the same at its core: Helping people see clearly, reconnect with themselves, and move forward with integrity, purpose, and power. Because we don’t heal in isolation, and we don’t lead well from a disconnected place. This work is for the leaders, creatives, parents, partners, and seekers—the ones who feel the shift and are ready to say yes to a new kind of success: the kind that’s rooted in wholeness. Let’s reimagine what’s possible—within ourselves, and in the world we’re building. Working only with Psilocybin, we provide microdosing support, macrodose experiences (domestic and international retreats) and ongoing integration plans.

With a background in leadership development and a Master’s degree in Psychology, I bring a steady, grounded presence to expanded states. I focus on preparation, integration, and helping people access their own inner resources for healing, insight, and alignment.

ĀTMA Church
Spiritual Trailguide & Psychadelic Facilitator
ABOUT ĀTMA ĀTMA, a 508(c)(1)(A) faith-based organization, and is a Constitutional Church. It is our sincere belief that entheogens taken as a sacred communion channels our connection to the Divine. We understand this connection to be pure consciousness, an omnipresent essence infusing all existence, the ineffable source of creation and the genesis of health and vitality. Our faith in sacred entheogens traces back to ancestral practices predating recorded history and is reinforced by the personal revelations of our modern members. We regard entheogens as among nature’s most profound Sacraments, elevating our consciousness to facilitate a direct connection with the Divine Source. We rely on these direct spiritual experiences as the principal method by which our members commune with the Divine, not through ancient texts interpreted by intermediaries. Embracing a grounded, nature-centric ethos, ĀTMA is a faith-based church devoid of dogma and hierarchy. Our church community consists of individuals and families from diverse backgrounds, and we extend an inclusive welcome to all, irrespective of faith or lineage. We champion inclusivity, recognizing humanity as a singular race and a unified life force that manifests in a beautiful display of forms and appearances. CORE VALUES Sovereignty – Faith – Community – Family – Cosmic Unity – Authenticity – Acceptance – Compasion

Unearthed
Psychedelic Guide and Integration Coach
My name is Melanie, and I find my work deeply fulfilling and sacred. I hold this work in the highest regard and see it as my dharma — to support others in their self-healing and self-exploration. Many who come to me arrive at a crossroads — life feels stagnant, relationships or careers feel heavy, or purpose feels unclear. Through medicine journeys, integration, and coaching, I guide people through a process of remembering who they are and reconnecting with the aliveness that has always been within them. I am a minister of ĀTMA Church, a guide, a student, a journeyer, and a fellow human exploring consciousness. Thank you for being you, and for walking this path of remembering. I look forward to connecting.

Wisdom Inner Healing
Nurse Practitioner and Certified Psychedelic-Assisted Therapist
My Path to Healing Work I am a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years of experience in healthcare. My journey began in 1996, when I transitioned from working as an Emergency Medical Technician to nursing—starting as a nurse aide and eventually becoming a Nurse Practitioner. Over the years, my professional path has expanded to include extensive education and training in Psychedelics, Trauma-Informed Care, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Health Equity - Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (JEDI), Mindfulness, Breathwork, and Somatic practices. These diverse lenses shape how I approach healing—honoring the connection between mind, body, and spirit, and integrating science with compassion. A Wounded Healer’s Perspective Psychedelic medicines have played a profound role in my own healing journey. Through these experiences, I’ve witnessed the deep potential for transformation and am passionate about offering these modalities as safe, supported tools for healing. As a self-identified wounded healer, I bring both clinical expertise and lived experience. I have survived childhood sexual trauma, navigated complex PTSD, eating disorder recovery, substance use, and severe depression and suicidality. These experiences allow me to meet others with empathy and authenticity. I don’t approach healing as a “fixing” process but as a compassionate partnership rooted in presence and understanding. I help you access your own inner healing intelligence. You are the real healer! Who I Am I identify as a queer, white human (she/they) and am dedicated to cultivating inclusive, affirming spaces for all. I have deep ties to and ongoing support for the LGBTQIA+, military, recovery, and substance use communities. Healing happens in relationship, and I believe everyone deserves care that honors the fullness of who they are. Education, Advocacy & Community Beyond clinical work, I am committed to education, advocacy, and expanding access to safe psychedelic care. I have developed and presented content on psychedelic medicines, ketamine therapy, antidepressant tapering, and related topics. I volunteer with: • Arizona & Southwest Psychedelic Societies – facilitating the Recovery Alliance group, facilitating integration circles, and community education • Billy’s Place – member at large Board of Directors • Decriminalize Nature Arizona – supporting community education and reform • Scottsdale Research Institute – assisting with psychedelic clinical trials and advocating for Right to Try legislation My career is devoted to helping build bridges between research, accessibility, and lived human experience. My Mission My mission is to help others reconnect with their inner healing intelligence and capacity for transformation. I aim to bridge science, spirituality, ceremony, and compassion supporting the innate healing potential that exists within every person. Healing is possible!
