羅泓武（Stan Lo）

Stanに最初に会った時は、「Rubyに貢献したい」という強い熱意が感じられる若者でしたが、その後、ぐんぐんと実力を伸ばし、貢献を増やしてきました。
いまや、Rubyのそのものの開発にも大きく貢献してくれています。Stanのような熱意は高く評価されるべきです。
When I first met Stan, he was a young person with a strong passion to “contribute to Ruby,” and since then, he has steadily grown his skills and increased his contributions.
Now, he is making significant contributions to the development of Ruby itself. Stan’s kind of enthusiasm deserves high recognition.
須藤 功平（Kouhei Sutou）

近年ではApache Arrowへの貢献で知られる須藤さんですが、私(まつもと)の愛用しているプレゼンテーションツールRabbitの作者である点は(私にとって)特に重要です。
須藤さんとは長年の付き合いではありますが、彼のバイタリティと開発力を称えるこの機会に感謝しています。
In recent years, Sutou-san is known for his contributions to Apache Arrow, but the fact that he is the author of Rabbit—the presentation tool that I (Matz) love to use—is
particularly important (to me).
Although I have known Sutou-san for many years, I am grateful for this opportunity
to commend his vitality and development prowess.
田籠 聡（Satoshi Tagomori）

昔から各方面での貢献の多い田籠さんですが、私たちは(tagomorisというハンドルから)モリスさんと呼ぶことが多いです。今回はRuby 4.0の「目玉機能」のひとつであるRuby::Boxの開発を高く評価しました。
もともとは効率よく実現することは不可能ではないかと言われていた開発に挑戦し、完成させた業績は評価に値します。
Tagomori-san has long made numerous contributions in various areas, but we often call him Morris-san (from his handle “tagomoris”).
This time, we highly valued his development of Ruby::Box, which is one of the “flagship features” of Ruby 4.0.
His achievement in taking on and completing a development that was originally considered nearly impossible to implement efficiently is worthy of high recognition.
