Right now funnels only work if the next activity down occurred AFTER the activity above it. It would be helpful to be able to choose "Non-sequential" so that even if the activity below occurred after the above activity, the person still proceeds to the next step of the funnel. This is especially pertinent when using audience membership as funnel metrics.

Right now when a person in Ortto completes a scoring activity more than once, such as entering or exiting an audience, it receives points every time this activity occurs. This is fine in some situations, but if the criteria is "is a member of" it would be nice to have the option for this activity to only give points once. Right now I have to use a workaround of saying "AND left audience has not occurred", but it would be easier without needing this workaround.

Add filters to the dashboard that will be applied to all reports on the page

When creating a new lead score, if you are creating the score for a specific segment of your database, it would be great if there was an option to ensure the score only applies to those contacts. For example, if you want to create a score for the engagement level of trial customers, the score applies to every contact in your database regardless of if they are on a trial or not - so the total audience numbers are skewed instead of only showing the engagement level for the people who it's relevant for.

It would be great if there is a possibility to automatically combine or especially "summarize" multiple scores into one total score. Particularly for scores in whole number format, so that it is possible to calculate a total score and see it at a glance.

The current limit of 8 criteria for custom scores is not nearly enough, and forces users to work with multiple scores, adding unnecessary complexity to their automations

The 'Attributes' field is too big to have as a highlight field in the related list on the Contact page layout in Salesforce - could we extrapolate/extract the Campaign name and Email name into their own fields pls.

Like many organisations, we take data privacy seriously and data access for our team and network is on a 'need to know' basis - it would be great to be able to customise user permissions to restrict access to certain designated (dynamic) audiences, so that those team members can only see the profiles and data relevant to their specific role. This would encourage us to subscribe to additional Autopilot 'seats' rather than managing this access through third-party tools.

When merging contacts, all activities disappear which can really throw off campaigns based on activities having first occurred, or even the counting of certain activities.
