Convention Photoshoot's are for ONE HOUR Convention photoshoot's come with a MINIMUM of 10 fully edited photograph's. Convention photoshoot's may include me sending over un-edited photo's as extras of compositions I did not feel were executed properly - but that the client would still appreciate owning! Convention photoshoot's always have more than the minimum. Convention photoshoot's will be scheduled when it is convenient for the both of us. Please respect that at conventions I do have events to attend as well as other clients, we will work out a time slot for us! Convention photoshoot prices include the time editing the photographs, this is not a upcharge! (You are always open to tip!) Convention photographs from our shoots will be with you a maximum of one month after the last day of the convention (typically it is a week after, but sometimes other events can stall editing progress). My Rates / Prices!My photography terms, if you hire me for a shoot you agree to these terms. Please take the time to read them before contacting me for my services. Any questions don't hesitate to email me if you are unsure! My email is:

- When you hire me as a photographer, you are expected to pay in full before the event / shoot. This is a no compromise situation. If you hire me for a convention photoshoot for example. I have set aside a time slot for you, you are paying for reserving that time slot so payment in advance is mandatory. I am happy to accept payment plans. - Payment plans! I require a 30% non refundable deposit. You must be paying at least 10% of the photoshoot value per payment. Time between each payment can be up to a maximum of one month. All outstanding amounts must be paid before the photoshoot. If not, I shall cancel and refund you the amount paid excluding that 30% non refundable desposit. Please do not agree to a photoshoot and book my time without making sure you can afford it/ have time! - Refunds? If you contact me a month or more in advance of a photoshoot I can refund you the full amount, minus the 30% non refundable deposit. Unless travel / accommodation has been booked especially for a photoshoot, in which case, this will not be refunded. I can't stress enough to double check everything before you officially book me! - When I provide you a photoshoot, I provide you with my camera, my equipment, but also my skills as a photographer. My learning and practice with my equipment. I am also happy to suggest poses/environments for a photoshoot. I'm happy to talk through ideas with you and bring in suggestions; in online discussion and in person. - I much prefer to shoot one on one with a singular subject. If you feel more comfortable with company or are part of a group, it is entirely fine to bring people with you. I expect the same level of respect from your guest as I do from you. - Please respect I am a artist. I am skilled at what I do, I'm happy for suggestions for what you would like for your photoshoot or how you would like things to look. (For example, "I think this photo would look better in black and white, are you able to do that?". I do not however respect people trying to backseat drive my photography. You are hiring me because you see my skillset, you trust and respect me to create fantastic work for you! - When I do you a paid photoshoot you will receive all of the unedited photo's from the shoot, as well as the edited ones! All of my photo's come to you unwatermarked. I retain my rights to my photo's, I essentially sell you the license to them. You are very welcome to re-distribute / post these photo's, as well as use them for advertisement (for financial gain or not!). I am also able to use these photo's on my website and social media to use as a showcase of my work. I will always credit you directly, It would be appreciated if the same can be done back. For example, you can use these photo's on buisness cards / a website or social media to promote / showcase products. You cannot sell prints directly of my photographs < If you are unsure on this, please email me! - I have the right to refuse services for any reason. Just because you contact me does not mean you will be automatically picked. Please talk to me as a professional! - I take payment via paypal and ONLY paypal - All discussion is taken over email, I will aim to respond within 24 hours to all messages! If I take longer than a week to respond, email me again! I check my email twice a day so this is basically impossible to happen! - If I am the one who cancels your photo-shoot, I will refund you in full, It is only if you cancel that I retain my deposit.
