Natürlich. Man muss zum Beispiel nicht 50+ Entwicklerteams für interne Webanwendungen oder Apps haben, sondern nur 2-3. Und das selbe gilt eigentlich für fast jede Abteilung. Das ist im Endeffekt economy of scale.

Klar, indem man die nicht 100 mal hat sondern nur 2 oder 3 mal.

Sind aber auch fast 1/4 der Finanzierungslücke. Wäre also sinnvoll das massiv abzubauen.

Gibt’s eigentlich irgendwo Zahlen was die Krankenkassen Verwaltung kostet? Verstehe nicht wieso es immer noch knapp 100 verschiedene Krankenkassen gibt, die müssen doch eh das gleiche bezahlen.
