Personally the qualities listed of this person who had “good soft skills” aren’t good soft skills. People pleasing isn’t a soft skill, is just being soft.
Communication and collaboration often necesitate conflict, and conflict isn’t bad. Conflixt is often the stimulus for gorwth. Someone with good soft skills knows how to have “positive conflicts” and can be assistive with ideas and limitations.
I don’t disagree with the assessment that most people’s self assessment of soft skills means they are passivr people pleasers rather than compassionate assertive listeners and problem solvers.
Of course, was grateful for everyone sending ideas, I eventually was tooling around in my. monitor settings to see I’d I could reset something.
I just started going with my general philosophy of ‘what does this do?’ and flip back if something undesirable / unnoticeable happened.
was honestly shocked when I stumbled upon it as I don’t recall switching the input version for the monitor.
I was able to fix by changing the input version on the monitor (though I don’t recall switching it).
This all happens before the OS / graphics driver loads.
so initial mobo splash, grub, and bios if I enter that screen.
I think so unless it does a switch at some point. I’ll take a look and update when I’m on the CPU later today.
Not currently but I think I can track one down.
bitwig is great, it is my favorite DAW that I’ve used (Logic and Ableton were previously used by me).
I really enjoy the flexibility and creativity I get with the grid.

A fish doesn’t know its wet

Is there any hope of asking when the most prosperous period of the USA was and what economic policies were used to create those conditions? Keynesian policies during the new deal - which are a tad different from MF’s.
Right? With an article title a out the color of a new cat you’d think they would realize that is the draw.
I’m more of a ni Dieu ni Maître, but you go on with assumptions.
Continous infighting among the progressive left is what keeps both parties in power.
Like I said, we have to have a coalition in power making changes to have the luxury of in fighting and not picking.
Thanks for putting in the effort to respond to this.
I truly think a lot of these posts are astro turf attempts design to hamstring bringing progressives together.
we have to build the coalition first and start making change before we have the luxury of nitpicking one another.
Thanks!
