Is there a reason why it shouldn’t go back and forth between devices? Also, I end up trying to use LocalSend instead of KDE connect, as it allows for full folder transfers, but my wifi sucks so it takes hours no matter what.

Yes! That’s exactly it if I’m also remembering correctly. She had a pet snake, and the weird thing at the end of the episode was she vanished and there was no record of her anywhere. I feel like it implied she was a demon herself and not just merely possessed.

The episode that this one is from is I think about 2 girls that go from guy to guy killing them making it look like it’s in the name of Satanic ritual. But there is another episode where an entire school board is in fact a group of theistic Satanists. Though, I think the head guy was the only one with true power or sway. And don’t forget about the liposuction doctor’s office episode where it’s run by a Satanic doctor who gives himself face surgeries to evade the law. I love X-Files. I used to own the whole 10 season box set.

My wife and I were out DoorDashing when we still did, and this car in front of us at a green light stopped suddenly and the driver side door of that car flung open and a guy fell out into the street. We pulled up just ahead of him so we could watch at a safe distance and flagged other cars on the way to be cautious. I dialed 911 and asked for an ambulance because I thought the guy was having a heart attack. Cops and ambulance show up after some other drivers pulled cones out of their car to cordon off the area. Dude springs up, looks around confused and wild eyed, just starts punching the cops until he’s brought back down to the ground and handcuffed. I felt bad, as it turns out he was high out of his mind on something. I never like calling 911 for obvious reasons, cuz oink and ew, but I just hope the guys gets help. That was the first time. The second and only other time was because a guy who lives in our neighborhood found out his girlfriend cheated on him with one of their mutual friends, who was there this night, got drunk and started to confront him. Then shots were fired and from peeking out the door I saw a lady running with her baby in her arms and screamed “Get that gun away from him!” We called to say shots were fired and the whole mess, only to never have anyone show up. Only thing I know that happened in the next couple weeks as to why it was so quiet lately was that half the people on that side of the apartment complex were evicted. Seems to be a matter of other reasons butl, either way, intense few minutes to say the least.

I’m sorry for being in a few years ago and a little more likely that is a lot about that I mean I don’t have a few years.

I have mixed feelings about porn. I think it’s totally fine as a form of media for consumption, and creates jobs. Where I have issues with it is a half and half between there needs to be better protections for the performers to eradicate exploitation, and what to do in regards to how it affects young minds. Nothing inherently wrong with porn, just like other forms of media, but I don’t think young people should be getting their hands on it. That being said, that comes down to the parent figure actually parenting and keeping that blocked as best they can from their kids. It’s not something that should be gatekept with submitting IDs and such, as that is incredibly problematic. I am also aware of how there can be certain issues in regards to body image and how that affects people. I’m not always big on having to CW everything to death, but I do see that it could be helpful to have a disclaimer on sites to make people aware that the performers are not the pinnacle of body / beauty standards and that what is displayed is not the only way to have sex. It’s a topic that takes navigating nuances, but all in all I thing the taboo or stigma should die out. What can help with that is some of what I mentioned. Sorry for the scattered nature of this ramble, I’m tired and have to head out, but I did want to give my input as this is interesting to me.

Nicotine isn’t really easy to take in. It causes massive stomach upset, plus it affects the mucus membranes. You would barf and feel like total shit trying to drink it. I don’t know all the scientific specifics, but yeah. I do know though that there is a liquor made in part with tobacco. Dunno how that works, but I’m sure the specific methods of fermentation and proofing must kill whatever would affect you in such a way.
