The company Silk makes an excellent none dairy milk called “next milk”. It’s only 80cal per 250ml. It might be an option to explore. I’ve tried just about every non dairy milk and this one is by far the best.

Good time to step up and be a good NATO member. Or generally just a good nation in general. Imagine Putin landing in Turkey and when he steps off the plane. “Welcome to Turkey, you’re under arrest.”

Good time to arrest him and turn him over for a trial.

We did too. Bought for less than $100k. We have fixed rate ATM on our mortgage. But as soon as it is ready to renew we hope things have settled down. We never want to live above our means. We got lucky.

We had to sell a piece of dream property this year because rates made payments go up so much that we could barely do minimum payments. We had planned to build on it eventually. Inflation and interest rates made it impossible. Now the dream is a memory. We just hope we can hold on to our current house.

We’re having the same issue in Canada. Conservatives are wanting to go back and not look forward. It wasn’t always that way.

What’s happening in the US isn’s even considered conservatism anymore. It’s the MAGA cult. I am definitely left, but conservatives don’t always need to be bad. It just so happens that the Republican Party has filled itself with people serving themselves and not the people who voted for them. Fingers crossed things go well this November.

Tax the wealthy. If we want to fix this problem money has to come from somewhere. The middle class any poor have nothing left to give. I don’t know why it’s so difficult for our government to have the spine to do it.

My guess is not too well. He’d crumble into a tiny ball and wait for it to be over. Man just when you think someone in the US can’t make things look any worse than they already are…
