Honestly, I personally love the prequels, with the exception of most scenes that included Anakin Skywalker. The final fight on Mustafar is cool, but aside from that, I could really leave him. Loved all the scenes of the actual war though, and I think I might be one of very few people who actually really enjoyed the Galactic Senate scenes as well. I just have a fascination with the internal politics of Sci-Fi empires. Part of why I love Stellaris so much.

4·22 days agoAs others have said, yeah, essentially. It was very useful when my graphics card died in the middle of the stupid crypto boom that had graphics cards costing waaaay too much, let me play my games without having a computer that could ordinarily run them. Also the fact that it’s usable on mobile was very nice. Shame about what it’s become, but alas, everything goes to shit as long as it’s for profit.

264·1 month agoNot elitist to say that people who use what are essentially weighted random word generators for programming, a career that requires one to know exactly how their code works in case it breaks, are bad at their jobs. Just like how it’s not elitist to say that generated images are not art, and that flying a plane into a building doesn’t make you a good pilot.

8·1 month agoI’m actually interested, how would that work? As far as I know, anarchism is based around the removal of a state, so would it be up to the people to enforce these regulations? Or are we sorta working on the honour system here?
TL;DR of the above for anyone else: Socializing is a muscle which can and should be exercised.
Which I actually wholeheartedly agree with. I had a similar experience to you, though not as extreme. I had maybe one friend, didn’t talk to people, considered myself an introvert, basically the typical person you’re talking about. Then I met someone who taught me how to exercise that muscle, and encouraged me to meet other people. Took some time, but I went from having one friend, to having over a dozen. And I’m capable of actually talking to people I don’t know now, instead of clamming up and getting anxious, most of the time. Barring certain physical or mental disabilities, I always try to encourage my introvert friends to talk to others more, as much as it’s a horribly embarrassing, awkward, and especially draining experience at first.
This all being said, you sound like a douche. Especially with that last paragraph. Chill, my dude. Don’t immediately assume you’re gonna be under attack. There’s hardly enough people on this site to spam you with replies anyways.

96·2 months agoIt’s the life that all these corporations want their workers to be forced to live. In their eyes, if you’re not producing value for the one on top, you should either be sleeping or dead. Oh, and they’ll only be paying you for 8 of those 18 hours you’ll be working, at the lowest possible rate they can, if you get the luxury of payment at all. If you’re a prisoner, tough luck.
Hey, just want you to know that I made this recipe after seeing this post, and it was absolutely delicious, thank you!

5·2 months agoNot only that, but they didn’t have the launch codes, as those were kept in Russia. History Matters made a lovely little educational cartoon on the subject. Honestly, wish Ukraine held out for an official guarantee of independence instead of just aid money, but who knows if even that would have been honoured today.

1·3 months agoThat’s true. I personally consider it AAA, since it was published by Sony, which does fit the wikipedia definition, despite it being developed by Arrowhead.
