I spend about $200/month just for myself. I cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Take lunch with me to work everyday. I eat very very plain food (ie rice and chicken every day). With grocery prices up, I cut out a lot from my diet to keep around $200/month. No beef, no fresh fish, no fruits, no yogurt/kefir.

Kind of embarrassing that I live on such a restricted boring diet, but at least I cook for myself, stay within budget, and stay away from processed foods/ snacks.

Make sure you are practicing good sleep hygiene. Things like - going to sleep at the same time every night, keeping the room dark and cool, limit screen time prior to sleep, not eating dinner too close to bed time, etc.

Differences: N-acetylcysteine is formulated as both IV or inhalation solutions, whereas the effervescent formulation (brand name Legubeti, FDA approved Feb 2024) is given as an oral solution. According to the prescribing information, Legubeti active ingredient is actually acetylcysteine lysine, but is still dosed based on acetylcysteine. Dosing is technically not an exact conversation (4.74 g of acetylcysteine lysine = 2.5 g acetylcysteine), however, clinically, we are always dosing based on acetylcysteine. It appears to be manufactured in two strengths 500mg and 2.5 g (acetylcysteine content).

Tldr: nac or acetylcysteine lysine —>convert to acetylcysteine. We always dose based on acetylcysteine. The effervescent is specifically formulated for PO administration and indicated for acetaminophen OD.

Bupropion is a NDRI. Then you would have to add on an SSRI. However, 2 antidepressants aren’t usually prescribed together.

Edit: dextromethorphan/bupropion (brand name Auvelity). The dextromethorphan hits multiple targets including NMDA and sigma 1, but technically has some inhibition activity to SERT. I am unsure how strong that activity is, whether it is dose dependant, if its an active metabolite etc. Also should point out that nowhere on the manufacturers website do they talk about using the dextromethorphan to hit serotonin. According to the website, the true mechanism of action of Auvelity for treating MDD is not well understood.

It simply indicates that one manufacturer—Strides Pharma Inc.—has recently stopped producing all strengths of sertraline tablets (25 mg, 50 mg, and 100 mg).

Sertraline is a widely used generic medication, and many other manufacturers continue to produce it.

Edit: there are setups in which you can store your footage on your own drives. However, many people don’t know how to set it up so they use out of the box camera + app which stores all the data on the company servers.

Black ops 6 is so bad IMHO. It takes forever to boot up the game and then hits you with the “update available, quit & restart”. Then waiting another 5 mins to download the update, then another couple mins to reach the main menu again. Oh and what was the actual update? To hit me with an advertisement video of season whatever…with new purchases for dumb costumes etc. Like c’mon just let me play the damn game already! When Im finally in a match the gameplay feels rigged…like I’m playing slots in Vegas than an actual video game. The respawns appearing out of nowhere. I honestly believe what I’m seeing on my screen is not what the other player is seeing. Its like these game designers purposely made this game based on an algorithm rather than setting game rules and allowing the players to compete based on skill. Maybe I’m way off on this (and am just a terrible cod player lol) but would like to hear other people’s opinion on this.

all the advertisements, constantly wanting me to spend more money when the game was already expensive to begin with. The game play as described as above. Also the perks/tiers suck. Makes for a very unenjoyable experience. The game is just not fun.
