Once I got used to gesture controls in android 10 I never looked back. It was hard to adapt but now it’s muscle memory.

Sync for Lemmy@lemmy.world•Sync for Lemmy (beta) is now live for everyoneEnglish
1·3 years agoThank you for this app! It’s exactly what Lemmy needs to be successful
I’m using a modified version with my own API key which is scratching the itch nicely at the moment. Can’t wait to use Lemmy via Sync too!
This is a test and only a test

Piracy: ꜱᴀɪʟ ᴛʜᴇ ʜɪɢʜ ꜱᴇᴀꜱ@lemmy.dbzer0.com•Youtube adblock blockingEnglish
3·3 years agoTotally agree with you, but they need to make an Ad free only subscription. YouTube Premium is more of a package deal (Ad Free/ YT Music/High bitrate).
Spotify used to have a tier called Spotify Unlimited which basically was essentially ad free Spotify with no other premium features. Half the price £5 per month.
I consider it a way of actually supporting them. Sure I listen to them digitally 99% of the time but they get such a small cut from that.
I owned Sync pro but ended up backing up my config and then Patching the standard Sync app with ad blocking enabled. Works a treat for now.
I’ll personally be using a mixture of both until the communities are a bit more active. Using WefWef until Sync for Lemmy is released.

Audio quality and algorithm is better than Spotify just saying.
