I’m with you on the iPad for Procreate. I also just want something I can take to bed or outside so I can draw, and the drawing tablet I have only works on desktop/laptop with too many wires running across, so I usually only use it for graphic work or cleaning up sketches

There’s an Arby’s me and my gf pass by when we drive sometimes, and every time we look at it, there is NEVER anyone inside, and always a single car in the parking lot. We concluded that it has to be front for some criminal operation.

Honestly like any emotion, happiness comes and goes, it’s not something static or permanent. I know a lot of people want to achieve lifelong happiness, but I think it’s futile since emotions are always fleeting and come back around. I think what those people seek isn’t “happiness” but satisfaction with life.

Had a similar situation happen a few days ago. A friend in one of my group chats is perpetually on Twitter and gets constantly fed anti-LGBT shit. Then he was complaining about “LGBT books indoctrinating kids in schools,” and his evidence was just a video of the GayBCs book. He kept ranting about that gay people are pushing sexuality on kids, then I turned it back on how we’ve grown up with straight sexuality pushed on us, and all he said was “but that’s natural.” He’s pretty much rotted his brain just by sticking to Twitter and believing every right winger’s weak, tired arguments and outrage.

I was using Lemmy. I’m currently using Wefwef since I love how it emulates Apollo’s UI, and that was my favorite Reddit client to use. I also use Mlem, but since it’s still in beta, it’s got some bugs. Such as right now Mlem shows that I’m logged in, but nothing appears on my feed
