Also try to not fall victim to a “comfortably hurtfull relationship”. Yes after the breakup the pain will get worse for a while. But it’ll surely subside and once the pain is numb enough and you’re not constantly hurting (mentally or emotionally) by being in a negative relationship anymore you’ll start to feel better each day :)

Depending on your childs age and your bond maybe just tell them you don’t like the song? Might just work for some children, if they’re able to empathize with you (should be doable for most. Empathy can be taught!)

As for mass downloading there should be some Spotify downloaders out there. Every other way will proly not be able to get 100% of your library. Just make sure to use a trusted one, because you’ll most likely have login with your account to access your saved stuff & playlists.

Personally I download from Tidal for HiFi (yt-dlp + hifi-tui) and Youtube Music (yt-dlp) for everything else.
