    For starters this specific roadways infrastructure could be upgraded to be more permanent. This would make the whole area more inviting and enjoyable as opposed to the sea of asphalt it looks to be right now.

    It’s a multi-use pathway that run down the center of a roadway. The same concept can easily be designed or designated as a bicycle pathway, with it comes the added benefits of a tree canopy and shade to reduce the heat island affect in cities and towns.

      It was very poorly written. The fact that you (and I) read the article and don’t know what they were intending to convey is telling. I THINK the issue is fragmentation that they mention breifly, but that is probably me bring my previous opinions to the article.

    People need housing they can afford before establishing a presence in their local community. A utopia? For whom? Landlords?
