Not much more to share. There is a small, concrete room about 6’ x 10’ near my house. No door, no floor, no roof, just 4 walls, a doorway, and a window. Maybe an old pump house for a well that has long been filled in? No idea what it was, but I am captivated whenever I go past it.

Coal room? That opening might have had a massive door in it.
