In the 1940s and ’50s, comics like “Is This Tomorrow” taught Americans that socialism was something to be feared. Today, the same propaganda still lingers.

    Anti-communist propaganda has had a depressingly huge impact on global policy and events across many decades. Even worse, it was pretty much a false label right from the start, somewhat similar to the way PEZ was turned in to an ongoing, global disaster.
