One of the few films I found that I could enjoy rewatching. For a while there, I would rewatch it 1 or 2 times a year, for a good 19 years after it came out.

It’s a great film. Don’t think I’ve watched it as much as you but definitely have watched it a couple of times.

The first time I watched this movie I saw it by myself, without context. I was like: Wat? Is that supposed to be happening? How am I supposed to feel about this? (Then I just relaxed and went with the flow.)
Shaolin Soccer is even better, if that’s possible. Both are amazing films!
