Until so far, I’ve only used NewPipe as a YouTube front but I just found a PeerTube instance with content close to what I usually watch on YouTube.
From the app, I have access to Framatube.org, framasoft’s instance of PeerTube. Can I switch to another instance? If not, can I access remote content through framatube and how?

Hamburger menu > Settings > Content > PeerTube instances
As far as I am aware, it is possible to set one instance at most, but You can add as many as You want to the list there.
