      Agreed. I think the point being made here is that undermining the wages of construction workers is not an acceptable method of achieving affordable housing.

    Okay so his thought is to cut back wage requirements for construction workers so that they can address the housing shortage by building housing quicker. Where are those construction workers going to fucking live while they build? They probably barely afford rent as it is! And you just know that the companies that employ them would happily pay them less but somehow make record profits…
