What a spectator flower! Is there something you can do to encourage fruiting, or just patience?
I鈥檓 not sure, we weren鈥檛 in a hurry to have it fruit so I didn鈥檛 look into it. The plant鈥檚 main function is to provide shade to a chicken coop. It is self pollinating so I鈥檓 happy with that.
I was just about to ask how you got it to flower without having all the caterpillars munching it down constantly. I think you just answered the question though with being around all the chicken. :)
