In a bowl, add 12 eggs and 1 cup sour cream. Add 1 tsp salt and pepper, optionally rosemary and sage. Whisk until homogeneous: no separation of egg and cream, all one color.
Add choice of cheese to taste, such as Cheddar, Montery Jack, or shredded Mozz.
Grease any pan, even a muffin tray, with a thin layer of oil such as soybean oil (aka vegetable oil) or coconut oil. Add the vegetables to cover the bottom. Add the egg mixture over the top. Bake at a low temp, such as 300F, for at least 20min and then check every 5 minutes with a toothpick until firm. Remove from oven, use a silicon spatula to loosen from side and bottom, then turn pan upside down onto tray to serve.

Meanwhile *every other veterinarian* that doesn't work for a vegan news site says that cats cannot be vegan. Dogs *can* be vegan, but it's really not great for them long term. Both animals are technically omnivores but cats require the protein chains only found in meat to be healthy.
To feed a cat a vegan diet long term has been and always will be animal abuse.

Removed Comment Our way of consuming meat is ethical, not your factory farming ways. I think you're going to the extreme on the other end. I'm talking about being part of the natural world. Westerners are so arrogant that they think we're not part of this world. A person eating an animal is no less ethical than a lion eating a Gazelle, or a bird eating a grasshopper, we're all part of this. If you wanna cry "ethics" go cry it to the creator who gave us omnivorous bodies and biology.
What's unethical is consuming meat daily without a thought to where it came from, and what it cost in terms of life. I personally wouldn't eat an animal, but if it came to it I would eat only what I hunt.

Because it's a complicated subject that is limited by both language and constraints upon our scientific understanding about animals without spines.
I think it's accurate to say that most animals feel pain, but how we scientifically describe pain precludes a lot of animals.
Now, the scientific community could be wrong and more animals than we think could be experiencing stimuli akin to pain through a method of action we don't understand. However, if we accept that and lessen the definitional qualifiers of pain, then a lot of plants are going to be joining the ethical debate as well.
