They literally extended the operation of nuclear plants but agreed not to import anymore nuclear fuel... I was living in Germany at the time BTW, I was forced by prices to move to another rent because I got a letter from the energy supplier saying that my energy bills would rise to 450€/month. I remember *well* what happened then. The runtime prolongation was a months-long emergency measure that in no way implied support to nuclear power.
