Very nicely done and no AI too.
Yeah, the New Management spin-off hasn't landed as well with me, but I am looking forward to Bob's return.
Definitely - they basically had to invent a genre to put this wild collision of genres in.
There are two recentish book series I get evangelical about - this (and China Mieville's early work) and Charles Stross' Laundry Files.

Dear Americans, THIS is what an election in a mature democracy looks like. Yours, The UK
Context as a matter of traditional British courtesy, Johnson acknowledged the candidates he defeated to comfortably retain his parliamentary seat west of London. "I thank my fellow candidates in all their glory, Lord Buckethead, Elmo ... forgive me if I don't identify them all," Johnson said. He wasn't imagining things. Lined up alongside the besuited Johnson and his more traditional political foes were: - a man dressed as a furry red Sesame Street character who called himself Bobby Elmo Smith; - Count Binface who wore a silver garbage can over his head and an improvised suit of armor; - Lord Buckethead, who donned a similar receptacle, colored black, and a matching cape. A Dartmoor village is paying Prince William £1.5m-a-year for an abandoned prison - and former inmates say it gave them cancer (theguardian.com)
The village of Princetown sits surrounded by the desolate beauty of Dartmoor national park. It should, in theory, be a hub for the more than 2 million people a year who come to explore the bogs, granite tors and windswept moorland that in part inspired Sir Arthur Conan Doyle to write The Hound of the Baskervilles.

Absolute Green Lantern #1 review: Hal Jordan faces cosmic horror (superherohype.com)
Al Ewing‘s script for Absolute Green Lantern #1 evokes the spirit of H.P. Lovecraft. There is more horror than awe to the weird power that seems to have chosen Hal Jordan. The general tone is far closer to a Junji Ito manga than E. E. “Doc” Smith’s space opera.
